Within our grandfather’s cherished vineyard, on the shores of Badembükü, a small dream has taken root: Satsumania Village. An intimate ecological village grounded in the land and living in harmony with nature.
Satsumania is a place where a journey that began with a name gradually turned into a way of life—and eventually into the dream of an ecological village. Located across from Chios Island, it is a quiet experiment of a life shaped by the wind, where there is no room for haste.
This dream, which started in 2020, was never just about accommodation. Satsumania Village was born as a project that brings the village together, reminding us of sharing and solidarity. It was created with the intention of becoming a place where guests arrive as visitors and leave carrying their own stories; where land, labor, and conversation come together on common ground.
What sets us apart from other tourism facilities is that our roots come from the Badembükü Plain. The approach here is not a newly designed service concept, but a natural continuation of a way of life that has existed on this land for generations. Everything has been shaped not with a commercial mindset, but with the simplicity, practicality, and sincerity of village wisdom—so that guests can truly feel at ease.
